Naturegg Simply Egg Whites are made from 100% pure egg whites. Just egg whites! Egg whites have absolutely no fat or cholesterol in them, however, they are packed with high quality protein and a source of 3 vitamins and minerals.

Naturegg Simply Egg Whites come in a convenient liquid format that is available in a size that's right for you, either our 2 by 250 mL cartons or our 500 mL carton. Each 500 mL package contains the equivalent of 16 egg whites. Just open and pour.

Naturegg Simply Egg Whites are versatile too. They add protein and a great frothy texture to your favourite drinks - especially milkshakes or yogurt smoothies. You can scramble them up in an omelette, bake with them, or try them in one of our great recipe ideas.
