How do we do it?
We start with Grade A medium Omega 3 eggs. They are boiled for 15 minutes, then introduced to a super cooled bath of water where they cool rapidly to prepare for peeling. Our mechanical peeler removes the shell portion from the hard boiled egg. They are vacuumed packed in our convenient “2 pack” with the top film applied to seal the product with our "EZ Peel" label.
