How do we do it?
We start with Grade A medium Omega 3 eggs. They are boiled for 15 minutes, then introduced to a super cooled bath of water where they cool rapidly to prepare for peeling. Our mechanical peeler removes the shell portion from the hard boiled egg. They are vacuumed packed in our convenient “2 pack” with the top film applied to seal the product with our "EZ Peel" label.
How many ways can you enjoy them?
The ways are endless and the eggs are versatile, here are a few recipes to make your meals easier: no hassle egg salad, on salads, deviled eggs or in a sandwich. Or make it as simple as a quick protein snack for a pre/post workout or simply to curb your appetite till lunch or dinner.
If you plan on heating hard boiled eggs in the microwave please be cautious. This product is typically served cold as a snack or as an add on to a lunch or dinner but some people prefer to heat the hard boiled eggs to consume warm.
What’s in them for you?
They are convenient, nutritious, ready to serve. They are also a source of omega-3 polyunsaturates with 75 mg of DHA omega-3 per single egg serving, excellent source of protein, excellent source of vitamin E, and an excellent source of B12. These eggs are produced by hens fed an all-natural, flax-based diet.
