Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

|2 cup / 500 ml||all purpose flour|
|1 1/2 cup / 375 ml||granulated sugar|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||cocoa powder|
|2 tsp / 10 ml||baking powder|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||baking soda|
|1/2 tsp / 2 ml||salt|
|1 cup / 250 ml||sour milk|
|1/2 cup / 125 g||Naturegg Omega Plus cracked eggs, well shaken|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||vegetable oil|
|1 1/2 tsp / 7 ml||vanilla|
|1/2 package / 250 g||light cream cheese, softened|
|1 1/2 cup / 375 ml||icing sugar|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||cocoa powder|
For cake: in large mixer bowl, blend all ingredients. Then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 13" x 9” (33 cm x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) 30-35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool on rack.
For frosting: beat cream cheese until smooth. Add icing sugar and cocoa; beat until creamy. Spread over cooled cake. Store in refrigerator.
To sour milk, place 1 tbsp (15 ml) vinegar in measuring cup and add milk to make 1 cup (250 ml).
