Egg, Ham & Cheddar Mini Stromboli

|2 tbsp / 30 ml||Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original or Egg Creations Fat Free Original, well shaken|

|4||slices of ham, halved|
|4||slices of cheddar cheese, halved|
|4 tbsp / 60 ml||plain tomato sauce|
|3/4 pound / 375 g||prepared pizza dough|
Divide dough into 4 portions; roll each portion into a 7-inch (18 cm) square.
Spoon 1 tbsp (15 ml) sauce down centre of each square. Top each portion with a half slice cheese, half slice ham and egg patty halves, arranged lengthwise in a row. Top with remaining ham and cheese.
Fold in one side followed by other, overlapping like an envelope. Pinch ends to seal. Score the top with knife.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush stromboli with liquid egg. Bake on a pizza stone or parchment lined baking sheet for 15 minutes or until golden.
Thaw patties in the refrigerator overnight or quick thaw in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
Replace tomato sauce with salsa or chili sauce.
