Ingredients

1/2 cup / 125 g Naturegg Omega Plus cracked eggs, well shaken
1/4 cup / 50 ml granulated sugar
1/2 cup / 125 ml fresh lemon juice
6 ice cubes
1 tsp / 5 ml lightly packed mint leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. In blender, blend liquid eggs with sugar until frothy and thickened.

  2. Add lemon juice, ice cubes and mint (if using); blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
