|1/2 cup / 125 g||Naturegg Omega Plus cracked eggs, well shaken|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||granulated sugar|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||fresh lemon juice|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||lightly packed mint leaves (optional)|
In blender, blend liquid eggs with sugar until frothy and thickened.
Add lemon juice, ice cubes and mint (if using); blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
