Ingredients
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml
 - cream cheese
 - 1 tsp / 5 ml
 - prepared horseradish (extra hot if preferred)
 - 1 tsp / 5 ml
 - drained capers
 - 1
 - bagel (Everything-styled or alternate as preferred)
 - 1 package / 88 g

Directions
Blend cream cheese with horseradish until smooth. Spread in a small bowl or container and top with capers.
Assemble snack box by combining bagel, smoked salmon, sliced egg, cucumber, horseradish cream cheese, pickled onions in a re-sealable container. Reserve in refrigerator for up to 1 day.
Tips
To make pickled onions, combine 1/4 cup (50 ml) thinly sliced red onion with 1/4 cup (50 ml) white wine vinegar in a stainless steel bowl. Let mixture stand for 20 minutes, stirring once; strain onions and transfer to a small bowl or container.
