Sweet and Salty Tartlet
- Mini-tart shells
- 1 cup
- Egg Creations Original (whole eggs or fat free)
- 1/2 cup
- Grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp
- Calamondin syrup
- Cinnamon stick
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Preheat the oven to 375°C
Place the mini-tart shells on a baking tray. Set aside.
In a bowl, pour the Egg Creations Original mixture and add the cheese and calamondin syrup.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir with a spoon.
Fill the mini-tart shells with the egg mixture.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the filling has swollen and is firm.
Grate the cinnamon stick over the mini-tarts.
