Body Pumping 30 Minute Workout

In a world where we are constantly scheduling time due to our responsibilities and obligations, the time we invest in ourselves can easily be lost. In keeping up with everything we have on our plates, there is a necessity for us to see the importance of taking care of our overall well-being as well! Without a doubt, clearing our plates and making room for ourselves is essential to keeping both our bodies and minds healthy.

In being sensitive to time constraints, here is a body pumping workout you can do in less than 30 minutes to get  yourself moving and exercising.

No equipment? No problem. All you need is you!

30 Minute Body Pumping Workout

-        15 pushups

-        50 Jumping Jacks

-        50 Body Weighted Walking Lunges

-        25 body weighted squats

-        50 crunches

-        1 minute plank

Repeat this circuit 3 times over with 1-2 minute breaks in between each round.

And remember, fueling your body throughout the day will ensure you are maximizing your training sessions with the energy you need and it will also assist in the results you are seeking in your training.

Furthermore, having protein with every meal will ensure you are promoting your muscle growth, repair and recovery.
