Pumpkin Apple Glow

Rim:
3 tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
2 tbsp
apple Juice, chilled

Cocktail:
2 tbsp
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
3/4 cup
apple juice, chilled
2 tbsp
pumpkin purée
4 oz
*brandy
dash of ground cinnamon (optional)
garnish: cinnamon stick (optional)

Directions

  1. To rim the glasses, pour apple juice onto one plate and mix sugar and cinnamon on another. Dip the rim of each glass into the apple juice, then into the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Set aside.

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  3. Add egg whites, apple juice, pumpkin purée, brandy, and cinnamon (if using) to the shaker.

  4. Shake vigorously until well chilled and foamy.

  5. Strain into the prepared glasses.

  6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick for a festive fall touch.

Tips

  1. *For a lighter alcohol taste, reduce brandy to 2 oz.
