|4||slices of bread|
|1||Naturegg Omega 3 Shell Egg|
|1/3 cup / 75 ml||1 or 2% milk|
|1/2 tsp / 2 ml||vanilla extract|
|fruit of your choice|
|4||long skewer sticks|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||Plain Greek Style Yogurt|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||Smucker's Simple Blends Summer Fruit Fruit Spread|
French Toast: Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Whisk egg with milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and fry for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Carefully cut into strips and thread strips on skewers alternating with fruit.
Dip: Stir yogurt with fruit spread and serve with kabobs.
