Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

|1 1/4 cup / 300 ml||milk|
|3/4 cup / 175 g||EGG Creations! Fat Free Original or Naturegg Omega Plus, well shaken|
|3/4 cup / 175 ml||granulated sugar|
|3/4 cup / 175 ml||coconut|
|1/3 cup / 75 ml||all purpose flour|
|3 tbsp / 45 ml||margarine, softened|
|2 tsp / 10 ml||vanilla|
In blender container, blend all ingredients until well blended, about 10 seconds. Pour into greased 9” (23 cm) pie plate.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) about 1 hour, until golden brown. (Mixture will still be soft in centre but will set on standing.)
Cool to room temperature.
