Ingredients

1 1/4 cup / 300 ml
milk
3/4 cup / 175 g
EGG Creations! Fat Free Original or Naturegg Omega Plus, well shaken
3/4 cup / 175 ml
granulated sugar
3/4 cup / 175 ml
coconut
1/3 cup / 75 ml
all purpose flour
3 tbsp / 45 ml
margarine, softened
2 tsp / 10 ml
vanilla

Directions

  1. In blender container, blend all ingredients until well blended, about 10 seconds. Pour into greased 9” (23 cm) pie plate.

  2. Bake at 350°F (180°C) about 1 hour, until golden brown. (Mixture will still be soft in centre but will set on standing.)

  3. Cool to room temperature.
