Ingredients

1/4 cup / 50 g
Omega Plus or liquid eggs, well shaken
1 tbsp / 15 ml
fresh lemon juice
2 tsp / 10 ml
Dijon mustard
pinch
each salt and pepper
2/3 cup / 150 ml
canola oil

Directions

  1. In blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend well. Serve. Keep refrigerated.

  8. Spicy Stampede 2 tsp (10 mL) spiced cayenne chipotle sauce
