Ramen Omelette
A fun and flavourful twist on two comfort food classics—this Ramen Omelette combines the chewy texture of instant noodles with the delicious taste of eggs. Perfect for a quick lunch or late-night snack, it’s customizable, satisfying, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 package
- instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)
- 1/2 cup / 125 ml
- Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original, well shaken
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- butter
- sriracha hot sauce (optional)
- sliced green onions (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Spread the cooked ramen noodles evenly across the skillet.
Pour the EGG Creations! liquid eggs over the noodles. As the eggs begin to set, gently pull in the edges with a spatula and tilt the pan to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
Allow the omelette to cook undisturbed until the edges are set and the centre is still slightly custardy.
Carefully loosen the edges with a spatula and flip the omelette to cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
Slide the omelette onto a plate. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions and a drizzle of sriracha, if desired.
