Ingredients

2 cup / 500 g Naturegg Omega Plus or Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original cracked eggs, well shaken
1/2 cup / 125 ml milk
1 tsp / 5 ml dillweed
1/2 tsp / 2 ml each salt and pepper
3/4 cup / 175 ml shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup / 50 ml finely diced green onions
1/2 cup / 125 ml finely diced ham

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In large bowl, whisk eggs with milk, dill, salt and pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup (125 ml) of the cheese and the onions.

  2. Pour equal amounts of egg mixture into greased muffin tins. Sprinkle with ham. Bake in centre of oven for 20 to 22 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Cool on a rack for 5 minutes.

  3. Use a blunt knife to loosen and remove frittatas. Cool completely before wrapping individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat on medium power in microwave oven.
