Simple Egg White and Avocado Bagel

Ingredients

1 EGG Bakes! Egg White Patties
1 everything bagel
2 slice tomato
1 handful baby spinach
1/2 avocado, mashed
pinch salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. ) Toast bagel in the toaster.

  2. ) Microwave egg patty on high for 75 seconds.

  3. ) While bagel is toasting, mash avocado and mix in a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. ) Add heated egg white patty and rest of the ingredients to bottom half of the bagel.

  5. ) Spread the top half of the bagel with mashed avocado and place bagel on top. Enjoy!
