- 4 slice

- 4
- brioche burger buns
- 4
- Naturegg Omega 3 eggs
- 1
- large tomato
- sliced lettuce (1 large leaf or 2 small leaves per burger)
- red onion, thinly Sliced
- ketchup, to taste
- relish, to taste
Directions
Place the ground beef in a bowl and season generously with salt and pepper. Gently mix just until combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties slightly larger than your buns.
Preheat your barbecue to medium-high heat (400°F–450°F), setting up a griddle plate on one side of the grill.
Toast the burger buns by placing them cut-side down on the grill grates for less than a minute, just until lightly marked. Remove and set aside.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on the first side without pressing them down.
While the patties cook, prepare the burger bases by layering lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion onto the bottom buns.
Flip the patties and immediately top each one with a slice of cheese. Continue cooking for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the patties reach your desired doneness.
Transfer the patties to the prepared buns, placing them directly on top of the vegetables. Add your ketchup and relish over the patties.
Lightly oil the hot griddle and crack the eggs onto it. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny. Place one fried egg on top of each burger patty.
Finish by adding the top bun and serve immediately
