|1/2 cup / 125 ml||green pepper, chopped|
|1 cup / 250 ml||diced cooked ham|
|2 tsp / 10 ml||Worcestershire sauce|
|8||medium soft flour tortillas (7"/17.5 cm)|
|1 cup / 250 g||Naturegg Omega Plus cracked eggs, well shaken|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||milk|
|1/4 tsp / 1 ml||each, salt and pepper|
|1 cup / 250 ml||shredded cheddar cheese|
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and peppers 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in ham and Worcestershire sauce.
Place about ¼ cup (50 mL) ham mixture onto each tortilla; roll up loosely and place, seam side down, in greased 11 x 7 inch (27.5 x 17.5 cm) casserole dish.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over tortillas. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) about 30 minutes or until set.
Serve with salsa.
