Simple Egg and Avocado Bagel

Simple doesn’t have to be boring! This 2 min breakfast sandwich with avocado is guaranteed to satisfy hungry bellies.

Ingredients

everything bagel
2 slice
tomato
1 handful
baby spinach
1/2
avocado, mashed
pinch
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Toast bagel in the toaster.

  2. While bagel is toasting, mash avocado and mix in a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. Add heated egg patty and rest of the ingredients to bottom half of the bagel. (See Tips)

  4. Spread the top half of the bagel with mashed avocado and place bagel on top. Enjoy!
