The Santa's Beard, also known as a Cranberry & Cinnamon Sour, is a delicious way to toast the Holidays!

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz
- gin
- 1 oz
- cranberry juice
- 0.5 oz
- fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz
- maple syrup
- 1 pinch
- cinnamon
- 1 oz
- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
- Garnish
- ground cinnamon
Directions
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
Shake once vigorously without ice (dry shake).
Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously once more.
Double strain into a glass filled with ice cubes using the fine strainer.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
