|2 cup / 500 ml||ice cubes|
|2||frozen, ripe bananas, chopped|
|3/4 cup / 175 g||Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||light smooth peanut butter|
|2 tbsp / 30 ml||unsweetened cocoa powder|
|2 tbsp / 30 ml||honey (approx.)|
Place ice cubes, bananas, egg whites, peanut butter, cocoa powder and honey in a blender.
Pulse, stopping to stir as needed, until smooth and frothy. Adjust sweetness with additional honey to taste. Serve immediately. Makes 4 cups (1 L).
Using frozen bananas adds extra body and thickness to the smoothie while keeping it colder, longer. Keep a re-sealable bag of frozen sliced bananas in the freezer to make this beverage any time.
