Naturegg Omega 3 eggs
1/2 cup / 125 g
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
Pinch
Salt and pepper
1 tsp / 5 ml
Butter or vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs and egg whites with salt and pepper until well combined.

  2. Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs; cook without stirring for 1 minute. Continue to cook for 30 to 45 seconds, stirring gently until soft curds form. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.

Tips

  1. Recipe doubles or triples easily.

  2. Fold in 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Cheddar just before removing from the pan to add even more protein and a punch of flavour.

  3. Wrap the scramble in a large flour tortilla along with cheese and condiments of choice for a portable breakfast-wich.
