fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz
lychee syrup
1/2 tsp
pink peppercorn
1 oz

  1. Crush the pink peppercorns in the bottom of the shaker with a pestle.

  2. Pour remaining ingredients into the shaker.

  3. Shake once vigorously, without ice (dry shake).

  4. Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously once more.

  5. Double strain into a glass filled with ice cubes using the fine strainer.

  6. Sprinkle with crushed pink peppercorns.
