Rosemary Citrus Mocktail

Zesty lemon & lime meet aromatic rosemary syrup and a silky egg white foam — all topped with a splash of soda for that perfect fizz, the perfect non-alcoholic sip for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 cup
Water
1 cup
Sugar
2-3 sprigs
Fresh rosemary
1 oz
Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz
Fresh lime juice
1 oz
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
Ice
Splash of soda water for texture (optional)
Garnish: Rosemary sprig or lemon twist

Directions

  1. Make rosemary syrup by mixing 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a pot. Bring water and sugar mixture to a boil.

  2. Add 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Let the rosemary syrup cool. Strain the syrup then store in fridge to chill.

  4. Add lemon juice, lime juice, ¾ oz of your chilled rosemary syrup and egg whites to a shaker. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to emulsify and create foam.

  5. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.

  6. Strain the mixture into a coupe or rocks glass.

  7. Optional: top with a splash of soda for lighter texture.

  8. Garnish with rosemary sprig or lemon twist.
