Tips
Using pasteurized Simply Egg Whites as your liquid ingredient in all your favourite smoothies will provide a low calorie, natural source of protein, with no added chemicals, sweeteners or fillers.
Frozen cauliflower rice is a great scoopable frozen veggie to mix into your smoothies almost undetected. Find it in the freezer aisle of your supermarket.
Replace the strawberries with other frozen berries, pitted cherries or sliced peaches if preferred, adding the same flavour of jam to complement the fruit.
