- EGG Bites! Cheese & Bacon
- 1-2 package / 88 g
- EGGS2go Omega 3 Hard Boiled Snack Pack

- assorted fresh fruit such as grapes, berries, orange segments or melon wedges
- 4 oz / 113 g
- cubed cheese such as Cheddar, marble, Swiss

- Small bowl of jam or fruit preserves (optional)
Directions
Heat EGG Bites! according to package directions.
Cut hard boiled eggs in half.
Arrange eggs on a platter along with fruit, cheese, croissants and ham. Serve with jam (if using).
Tips
Replace the EGG Bites! Cheese & Bacon with 5 Cheese flavour if preferred.
This platter can be easily scaled up. To estimate proportions, plan to include 4 EGG Bites! and 1 EGGS2go hardboiled egg, as well as at least 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh fruit, 1 oz (28 g) cheese, 1 to 2 pieces each bread, pastries and/or meats (if using) per person.
Customize this platter by adding in other family favourite breakfast items such as mini homemade pancakes, cooked bacon, sausage, mini muffins and/or yogurt.
