Rosemary Citrus Mocktail
Zesty lemon & lime meet aromatic rosemary syrup and a silky egg white foam — all topped with a splash of soda for that perfect fizz, the perfect non-alcoholic sip for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 cup
- Water
- 1 cup
- Sugar
- 2-3 sprigs
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 oz
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz
- Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz
- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
- Ice
- Splash of soda water for texture (optional)
- Garnish: Rosemary sprig or lemon twist
Directions
Make rosemary syrup by mixing 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a pot. Bring water and sugar mixture to a boil.
Add 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary and simmer for 5 minutes.
Let the rosemary syrup cool. Strain the syrup then store in fridge to chill.
Add lemon juice, lime juice, ¾ oz of your chilled rosemary syrup and egg whites to a shaker. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to emulsify and create foam.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a coupe or rocks glass.
Optional: top with a splash of soda for lighter texture.
Garnish with rosemary sprig or lemon twist.
