|2 tbsp / 30 ml||light or regular mayonnaise|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||minced celery|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||minced onion|
|Thinly sliced Red Pepper|
Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks
With fork, mash yolks, add mayonnaise, minced celery and onion.
Refill whites with yolk mixture.
Garnish with thinly sliced strips of red pepper
Serve immediately or store, covered in refrigerator.
Use within three days
