Ingredients

1 package / 84 g EGGS2go! Salt & Pepper Hard Boiled Snack
2 tbsp / 30 ml light or regular mayonnaise
1 tbsp / 15 ml minced celery
1 tbsp / 15 ml minced onion
Thinly sliced Red Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks

  2. With fork, mash yolks, add mayonnaise, minced celery and onion.

  3. Refill whites with yolk mixture. Serve immediately or store, covered in refrigerator.

  4. Garnish with thinly sliced strips of red pepper

  5. Use within three days
