Southwest Chipotle Breakfast Sandwich
A delicious southwestern twist on a quick and tasty breakfast sandwich!

Ingredients

- English muffin
- 1
- EGG Patties! Cheddar
- 2 slice
- tomato
- 2 slice
- avocado
- 1 handful
- romaine lettuce
- 1-2 tbsp
- store-bought chipotle mayo
Directions
Toast English muffin in the toaster.
Microwave EGG Patty on high for 90 seconds.
Add heated EGG Patty, avocado, tomato, lettuce to bottom half of the English muffin.
Spread the top half of the English muffin with chipotle mayo and place bun on top.
Tips
Add ham, bacon for more protein.

To hard cook, place cold eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) of cold water over the top of the eggs. Cover saucepan and bring quickly to the boil over high heat. Immediately remove pan from heat to stop boiling. Let eggs stand in water for 18 to 23 minutes. Drain water and immediately run cold water over eggs until cooled. This helps to prevent a dark or greenish ring from forming around the yolk. Remove egg from shell.
