Southwest Chipotle Breakfast Sandwich

A delicious southwestern twist on a quick and tasty breakfast sandwich!

Ingredients

English muffin
1
EGG Patties! Cheddar
2 slice
tomato
2 slice
avocado
1 handful
romaine lettuce
1-2 tbsp
store-bought chipotle mayo

Directions

  1. Toast English muffin in the toaster.

  2. Microwave EGG Patty on high for 90 seconds.

  3. Add heated EGG Patty, avocado, tomato, lettuce to bottom half of the English muffin.

  4. Spread the top half of the English muffin with chipotle mayo and place bun on top.

Tips

  1. Add ham, bacon for more protein.

  2. Switch up ingredients to customize further.
