|fresh cilantro leaves|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||thick teriyaki sauce or glaze|
|1 package / 84 g||EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled Snack Pack, sliced|
|1/2||baby cucumber, thinly sliced|
|1||sesame seed bagel, halved and toasted|
|salt and pepper (optional)|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||lime juice|
Mash avocado with half the teriyaki sauce and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste (if using).
Spread avocado mixture over toasted bagel. Top with cucumber and Teriyaki eggs. Drizzle with teriyaki glaze and garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
Replace the sesame seed bagel with your choice of toasted bread or bun.
Replace the cilantro leaves with sliced green onion or chives.
