Ingredients
- 2/3 cup / 150 g
- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
- 1 1/2 cup / 375 ml
- frozen mixed tropical fruit such as banana, pineapple, passionfruit, mango etc.
- 1/2 cup / 125 ml
- frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup / 125 ml
- coconut, vanilla or any preferred Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp / 10 ml
- maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp / 2 ml
- coconut extract (optional)
Directions
Combine egg whites, tropical fruit blend, cauliflower rice, yogurt, maple syrup and coconut extract (if using) in a high powered blender. Add 1/3 cup (75 ml) water; blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with extra water as preferred. Serve immediately.
Tips
