- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
- 1/2 tsp
- ground flaxseeds

- butter (or olive oil)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup
- baby spinach, packed
- 3 slices
- ripe avocado
- 1 tsp
- hemp hearts (for topping)
Directions
In a bowl, whisk the Omega 3 eggs and Simply Egg Whites. Stir in the ground flaxseeds and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula. Scramble slowly, folding from the edges toward the centre until softly set and creamy.
Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate. Add the baby spinach and avocado alongside.
Optional: sprinkle hemp hearts over the eggs and spinach for added texture and nutrients.
