Ingredients
- 2/3 cup / 150 g
- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
- 1 cup / 250 ml
- frozen mango
- 1/2 cup / 125 ml
- packed baby spinach
- 1/2
- ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup / 125 ml
- vanilla Greek yogurt
Directions
Combine egg whites, mango, spinach, avocado and yogurt (in the order given) in a high powered blender. Add 1/3 cup (75 ml) water; blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with extra water as preferred. Serve immediately.
