Ingredients

2/3 cup / 150 g
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
1 cup / 250 ml
frozen mango
1/2 cup / 125 ml
packed baby spinach
1/2
ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 cup / 125 ml
vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine egg whites, mango, spinach, avocado and yogurt (in the order given) in a high powered blender. Add 1/3 cup (75 ml) water; blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with extra water as preferred. Serve immediately.
