Ingredients

2
Naturegg Omega 3 eggs
1/2 cup
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
1/2 tsp
ground flaxseeds
1/2 tsp
butter (or olive oil)
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup
baby spinach, packed
3 slices
ripe avocado
1 tsp
hemp hearts (for topping)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the Omega 3 eggs and Simply Egg Whites. Stir in the ground flaxseeds and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

  3. Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula. Scramble slowly, folding from the edges toward the centre until softly set and creamy.

  4. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate. Add the baby spinach and avocado alongside.

  5. Optional: sprinkle hemp hearts over the eggs and spinach for added texture and nutrients.

Tips

  1. Why this recipe supports menopause: omega‑3 enriched eggs provide choline and DHA that help support brain and heart health. Flaxseeds provide phytoestrogens that can support hormonal balance, while avocado adds healthy fats that nourish skin and steady mood during this life stage.
