Ham and Swiss Frittata in a Jar
A fun and easy breakfast recipe that's as cute as it is yummy.

- Makes: 8 servings, 1 frittata (62 g) each
- Cook time: 25-30 min
|1 cup / 150 g||chopped deli Black Forest ham|
|5||processed swiss cheese slices, chopped|
|2 cup / 500 g||Egg Creations Fat Free Garden Vegetable, well shaken|
HEAT oven to 375ºF.
PLACE ham in 8 (125-mL) ovenproof jars sprayed with cooking spray; top with chopped cheese slices.
SHAKE egg carton well. (Or, lightly whisk eggs in bowl.) Pour into jars, adding about 1/4 cup to each jar. Place in shallow parchment-lined pan.
BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until centres of frittatas are set and tops are golden brown.
Serve with whole grain toast and fresh fruit.
Sprinkle evenly with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives before serving.
