- head romaine lettuce, torn
- 1/3 cup / 75 ml
- grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
In large salad bowl, mash eggs finely; whisk in oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
Add lettuce and toss to coat with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and croutons.
