Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

apple, cored and chopped

banana
1/2 cup
vanilla Greek or Skyr yogurt
1/2 cup
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
1/2 cup
milk
1 tbsp
sweetened almond butter
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
nutmeg (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired (add more milk for a thinner smoothie or extra yogurt for a thicker texture).
