Ingredients

2/3 cup / 150 g
Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
1 1/2 cup / 375 ml
frozen mixed tropical fruit such as banana, pineapple, passionfruit, mango etc.
1/2 cup / 125 ml
frozen cauliflower rice
1/2 cup / 125 ml
coconut, vanilla or any preferred Greek yogurt
2 tsp / 10 ml
maple syrup (or to taste)
1/2 tsp / 2 ml
coconut extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine egg whites, tropical fruit blend, cauliflower rice, yogurt, maple syrup and coconut extract (if using) in a high powered blender. Add 1/3 cup (75 ml) water; blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with extra water as preferred. Serve immediately.

Tips
