Merry & Bright Devilled Eggs
These holiday devilled eggs are as simple as they are stunning! Topped with juicy pomegranate arils and fresh rosemary, they bring a pop of color and cheer to any festive table.

Ingredients
- 1 pouch
- EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack
- 2 tbsp
- mayonnaise
- 1 tsp
- dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sprig
- fresh rosemary (cut into small tips for garnish)
- 1
- pomegranate (you’ll need 3 arils per egg)
- extra rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds for decorating board (optional)
Directions
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove the yolks.
In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnish each egg with a tiny rosemary tip and three pomegranate arils for a festive touch.
Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 3 days.

A whole pomegranate yields more seeds than needed—save extras for salads, yogurt bowls, or freeze for later.
