Merry & Bright Devilled Eggs

These holiday devilled eggs are as simple as they are stunning! Topped with juicy pomegranate arils and fresh rosemary, they bring a pop of color and cheer to any festive table.

Ingredients

1 pouch
EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack
2 tbsp
mayonnaise
1 tsp
dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2 sprig
fresh rosemary (cut into small tips for garnish)

pomegranate (you’ll need 3 arils per egg)
extra rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds for decorating board (optional)

Directions

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove the yolks.

  2. In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.

  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

  4. Garnish each egg with a tiny rosemary tip and three pomegranate arils for a festive touch.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 3 days.
