Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1
- apple, cored and chopped
- 1
- banana
- 1/2 cup
- vanilla Greek or Skyr yogurt
- 1/2 cup
- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup
- milk
- 1 tbsp
- sweetened almond butter
- 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired (add more milk for a thinner smoothie or extra yogurt for a thicker texture).
Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy immediately.
Tips
Add a few ice cubes after blending and stir gently before serving.
