Ingredients

frozen fruit mix (mango, pineapple, and banana)
⅓ cup

⅓ cup
coconut Greek yogurt (Skyr or plain yogurt works well too)

milk (regular or almond)

bananas, sliced (¼–½ banana per bowl)
4 tbsp
shredded coconut (1 tbsp per bowl)
4 tbsp
hemp seeds (1 tbsp per bowl)

Directions

  1. Add frozen fruit mix, Simply Egg Whites, Greek yogurt, and milk to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  2. Divide the smoothie mixture evenly among four bowls.

  3. Top each bowl with sliced banana, shredded coconut, and hemp seeds. Serve immediately.
