Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup
- frozen fruit mix (mango, pineapple, and banana)
- ⅓ cup
- Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
- ⅓ cup
- coconut Greek yogurt (Skyr or plain yogurt works well too)
- ⅓ cup
- milk (regular or almond)
- 1-2
- bananas, sliced (¼–½ banana per bowl)
- 4 tbsp
- shredded coconut (1 tbsp per bowl)
- 4 tbsp
- hemp seeds (1 tbsp per bowl)
Directions
Add frozen fruit mix, Simply Egg Whites, Greek yogurt, and milk to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Divide the smoothie mixture evenly among four bowls.
Top each bowl with sliced banana, shredded coconut, and hemp seeds. Serve immediately.
Tips
For a thicker consistency, add more frozen fruit or reduce the milk slightly.
